View Public; Contacts
- Public
The View Public option brings up the Contacts - Public page, which lists
all contact records available to the public. This page does not require
user authentication.
If you own a record, a
button will be displayed. Click it to bring up the Contact Record Update
Form to change, replace, copy or delete the record.

View Friends; Contacts
- Friends
The View Friends option brings up the the Contacts - Friends page, which
lists all contact records of friends. This page is private which requires
user authentication.

Form to change, replace, copy or delete this record.

- Families
The View Families option brings up the the Contacts - Families page, which
lists all contact records of our family members. This page is private which
requires user authentication.
If you own a record, a
button will be displayed. Click it to bring up the Contact Record Update
Form to change, replace, copy or delete this record.
Update Contacts
This option brings up the Contacts Update Request form,
which starts the process of updating the contacts data base. This include
- Adding a new record.
- Changing an existing record.
- Copying a record.
- Changing the name of (replacing) a record.
- Deleting a record.

Form
This form accepts the following inputs.
owner |
The initial value is your user
ID. It indicates that only you can change the record. But you can
change it to another valid user ID. |
full name or
organization name |
This is the name you entered
in the Contacts Update Request form. You are not allowed to change
it here. |
nickname |
The initial value of a new record
is the first name. You may enter anything you want. This field is
required for a Family record. |
gender |
Click female, male or none of
them. |
birthday |
Enter 1-12 for month, 1-31 for
day of month, 1-9999 for year, All fields are optional. |
address
(home or mailing) |
Multiple lines, any characters. |
city |
Any characters. |
state/province |
Enter abbreviation of the state
or province. |
zip/postal code |
